Singing

Thurrock Community Chorus Open Rehearsal Anyone interested in joining the chorus, which already has 70 members, is invited to an open rehearsal at St Clere's School, Butts Road, Stanford-le-Hope, at 7.15 pm on Monday, 9 January. The chorus is open to all Thurrock residents aged eight years and over. No previous singing experience is necessary and rehearsals take place on Monday nights throughout the year at St Clere's. Thurrock Council's Parent Partnership is a statutory service offering free confidential, impartial information, advice and support to parents/carers and professionals on matters relating to Special Educational Needs and/or disability for children and young people.
The service has a free telephone advice line (01708 859692), offers parental supporters, training and individual support meetings and has recently launched a website offering information advice and guidance http://www.thurrockparents.org.uk/
